Description of what the purchaser will receive when ordering the actual plans.

The purchaser will receive five (5) plan sets of the 24"X36" sheet size. Plans are shipped rolled in a tube and sent out within 5 business days. Please there are no returns on plans, all sales are final.

Roof Plan

· All roof beam and header locations

· All necessary notes pertaining to the structural system

Shipping Policy: Shipping rates are included in the price. Orders are shipped five (5) days from receipt of payment.

Return policies: no return of sale of plans or walk throughs. All sales are final.

Plan Delivery: All plans will be sent via Priority (USPS) to the shipping address you specify. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days.
